NEWS:

October 2008 - New Orleans Film Festival, viewing of "Shake the Devil Off"

May 2008 - Peter Entell's "Shake the Devil" hits movie theatres throughout Switzerland, and we'll be joining him in Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich to rally support. A must-see film for anyone interested in seeing a facet of what's been really going on since Katrina.

April 2008 - V-Day, a global movement to stop violence against women, will be celebrated here in New Orleans. Please visit our community page for more info.

January - February 2008 - Celebrate Martin Luther King with us at the Ashe Center on Januray 20. Also, Mardi Gras is early this year. Hopefully it won't be too cold to kick it in the streets!

August 2007 - We were so honored to appear in "Shake the Devil Off", a documentary by Peter Entell about the closing of St. Augustine Church, a historically black church in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.

"'Shake the Devil Off' is a must-see documentary for communities of faith, peacemongers, those who crave spiritual communities of change and those who simply wish to see a deeply touching story about one man, the community he inspired and the city this small parish is loving back to life." - Richard Propes
